Do to venue problems, MidSouthCon 39 is being postponed until March of 2024. We hate to skip 2023, but really don’t have any other options. We will post the exact dates soon, but we will definitely be back in March of 2024!

HOTEL UPDATE 3/16/2022
Due to an issue encountered at the hotel during renovation, we have been advised by the hotel that some of our members that have reserved rooms at the Clarion may be receiving a call or an email requesting to have their reservations moved to the Courtyard by Marriott around the corner on Nonconnah Blvd just east of Millbranch. At this time there are no more rooms available at the Clarion. Anyone still wishing to reserve rooms for the convention may do so at the Courtyard until this Saturday, March 19th via this address: https://www.marriott.com/event-reservations/reservation-link.mi?id=1647374589552&key=GRP&app=resvlink We apologize for the inconvenience but the con is still going on and we will see everyone a week from Friday!
Convention Status Update
We are currently 8 weeks out and work is proceeding apace! There are a few announcements to make:
First, due to circumstances beyond our control, David Mack, Amanda Makepeace, Andy and Kristin Looney and Maggie Thompson will not be attending the convention. We sincerely thank them for accepting our invitations and for hanging in there for the last two years and hope we can bring them at some time in the future.
Second, we have posted our COVID-19 policies at https://www.midsouthcon.org/covid-19-policy or see the menu item at the top.
Finally, a reminder that early-bird pricing ends in just ONE WEEK on January 31! After that it will be the door price of $55 for the whole weekend, so get those memberships in early!
