Here’s information you should know before you reserve your room:
- All attendee reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit.
- The remaining balance will be charged 24 hours before check-in.
- Rates are for single and double occupancy per room. Additional charge each for triple and quad.
- A cancellation less than 72 hours prior to arrival will result in a charge equal to one night’s room and tax. No-shows will result in the same charge.
- An early departure fee of one-nights room and tax will apply if a Group attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date.
- You can call instead of using the online reservation system. If you do, please tell them you’re attending MidSouthCon!
