We appreciate your interest in attending MidSouthCon 40 as a professional guest. Please complete the application form for consideration. Completion of this form does not guarantee we will be able to fit you into our programming schedule. All guest applications will be reviewed and you will be contacted by a member of the programming staff about your status for MidSouthCon 40 (if you do not hear back from us after three weeks, please email us at programming@midsouthcon.org to make sure your application was received). Note: If you are part of a group act, each individual member must fill out a separate application.
Application Deadline: December 1st, 2024. We strongly encourage you to apply early.
Pro Row: If you are approved to be a panelist for MidSouthCon 40 and you have requested time on Pro Row (where you can do signings or sell merchandise, etc.), you will be scheduled for one slot. If you requested more time, your second slot will be scheduled after everyone received their first slot, and so on. No guarantees are made in the availability of space on Pro Row. Each Pro Row slot is 55 minutes long.
if your application is approved, the application form doubles as your convention registration – you do not need to fill out the regular convention registration form.
Dealer Room space, ConSuite Giveaway and Banquet Tickets are NOT included. If you wish add ConSuite Giveaway or Banquet Ticket(s) after your application has been accepted, please contact programming@midsouthcon.org and we will provide you with a link to purchase those. If you want space in the Dealers Room you will need to fill out the dealer section of the application form.
