🚨 Volunteers Needed NOW for MidSouthCon 41! 🚨

MidSouthCon 41 is coming up fast, and we urgently need volunteers to help before, during, and after the convention. As a fan-run, nonprofit event, we cannot do this without you.

If you’ve ever thought about volunteering, now is the time. A few hours of your help makes a huge difference—and helps ensure MidSouthCon 41 runs smoothly for everyone.

Volunteer perks may include:

🎤 Got a Great Panel Idea? Want to Run a Game? We Want YOU for MidSouthCon 41! 🎲

MidSouthCon 41 is now accepting panel proposals and gaming event submissions! Have a creative idea, niche expertise, or a topic you’d love to share with fellow fans? Our panels run for one hour and can cover anything from the supernatural to beauty tips and everything in between. If you’ve ever wanted to volunteer as a panelist—now’s the time!

We’re also looking for dedicated Game Masters (GMs) to help bring our gaming track to life! Whether you want to run an RPG, board game, card game, or something entirely different, we’d love to see what you have in mind.

GMs agree to:
• Run events either as a GM-only or play as well (but if your event sells out and you haven’t purchased a seat, you must GM only)
• Provide the core materials needed to play
• Tidy the play space afterward and clear out in time for the next event
• Let us know if you need any special accommodations
