Due to the high demand for vendor space, MidSouthCon uses an application format to select our vendors. Potential Vendors should fill out dealer section of the Special Registration Page linked below to apply for a space or spaces. Filling out this form does NOT guarantee space. Applications will close on November 1st. We will review the applications and select vendors from this list in order to ensure the best experience for our attendees. Once we receive your application, we may be reaching out to you with questions or clarifications regarding your needs or requests. Once approved, you will receive an agreement and an invoice for payment. If we do not hear back from you by the due date of the invoice, we will move on to the next name on our list.
General information
Our Dealer’s Room has set hours and is secured when closed. You may purchase a maximum of three tables in our Dealer’s room. If you have special requests regarding location or layout, please include that in your application notes. (Requests are not guaranteed and requesting a corner or end cap booth may incur additional charge.)
Artist Alley is located in the hallway outside the Dealer’s room. There are no set hours for Artist Alley, and it is not secured. You may purchase a maximum of two tables in Artist Alley. Artist booths are for creators producing things such as (but not limited to) paintings, comic/game art, prints, and for authors & publishing groups. This is a special opportunity to get more flexible facetime and interaction with fans and customers.
Each space includes one 6 ft long table and 2 chairs.
Applying for the wrong location could delay your acceptance as a vendor. Please reach out with questions if you are not sure where to apply.

1st Table (includes 1 membership) – $90.00
Each Additional Table (up to 1 extra) – $60.00
Additional Adult Memberships (4 max) $40.00 each.
Additional Child Memberships (under 12) $20.00 each.
